Returns
We want you to love your Pocket Jim gear.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@thepocketjim.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with return instructions and a shipping address.
Please note:
Items must be in original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email confirming receipt and approval status.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and issued to your original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Exchanges & Damaged Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right — whether that means a replacement, refund, or store credit.
